About Ghaffari Exhibition Booth

Ghaffari is an exhibition booth designed for a chemical industries company. The booth covers 400 square meters in Hall 6 of the Tehran International Exhibition Center. A large television wall is placed along the primary axis of the site and presents varied brand content. The screen is recessed, which redefines the boundary between the booth and the public corridor and forms a stage-like transitional area. The remaining part of the axis serves as the main entrance. The booth also holds a studio space for product demonstrations, an interview area and a photography spot.

The Ghaffari Exhibition Booth by Mohammad Hakiminia emerges as a distinguished exemplar of contemporary trade show architecture, demonstrating how spatial design can transform commercial necessity into experiential artistry. This work participates in the ongoing evolution of exhibition environments from mere product showcases toward immersive brand theaters, where every surface, material choice, and spatial relationship contributes to a cohesive narrative of corporate identity and visitor engagement. The designer's chromatic strategy appears particularly noteworthy, employing a saturated yellow-orange that suggests both industrial vitality and approachable warmth, qualities that may resonate with the chemical industries context suggested by accompanying signage. The curved architectural element functions simultaneously as wayfinding device, spatial boundary, and sculptural statement, its organic sweep softening what might otherwise present as an austere industrial aesthetic. Technical accomplishment manifests in the precise material transitions, the seamless integration of lighting systems, and the thoughtful zoning that accommodates diverse visitor needs from product examination to informal conversation. The arrangement of display pedestals, alternating between illuminated white volumes and textured gray cubes, creates rhythmic visual interest while establishing clear circulation pathways. One might observe how the design balances transparency and enclosure, openness and intimacy, bold statement and functional restraint. The work invites consideration of how ephemeral commercial environments might achieve lasting impact through formal intelligence and material sensitivity. Viewers are encouraged to contemplate how spatial design shapes not merely movement through space but emotional and intellectual engagement with the entities such spaces represent.
