The design follows the idea of a city in the clouds, where the podium forms the cloud layer. Horizontal metal lines, ultra clear glass and stripes of colored glazed glass create changing light, shadows and reflections through the day. A large overhang shapes the northern and eastern sides. A green courtyard links the podium with the towers.
