About Visions Of Future Digital Installation
Visions of Future is an interactive digital installation created for an exhibition booth. Optical sensors detect the presence of a visitor and place the visitor at the center of the experience. Five scenarios with real-time abstract graphics play in a cycle while the visitor stays inside the interaction area. The architecture combines LED screen blocks, glass blocks, neon lights and frames with concrete, glass and dark matte wood. Depth data from a motion camera is processed and visualized in real time. The installation expresses the idea of services that surround the user.
Visions Of Future Digital Installation by Inty LLC represents a compelling achievement within the contemporary field of immersive experiential design, positioning itself at the intersection of digital art, architectural installation, and participatory event creation. The work demonstrates sophisticated understanding of how light, space, and human presence can combine to create transformative environments that transcend conventional exhibition paradigms. The installation's formal vocabulary draws upon traditions of cosmic imagery and technological aesthetics, employing concentric circular light patterns that evoke both ancient astronomical observations and contemporary data visualization, while the scattered geometric fragments suggest the crystalline structures of digital information or the origami-like folding of virtual space. The chromatic strategy proves particularly effective in establishing emotional atmosphere, with the dominant deep indigo creating a sense of infinite depth and contemplative darkness against which the warm neon typography pulses with vital energy. The inclusion of the human figure within the documentation proves significant, demonstrating not merely the scale of the installation but its fundamental purpose as a space for human experience and interaction. The figure's gestural engagement with raised arms and expressively positioned hands suggests the work's capacity to inspire wonder and active participation rather than passive observation. The technical execution evidences careful calibration of multiple light sources to create cohesive atmospheric effect while maintaining visual hierarchy and compositional clarity. This installation invites consideration of how contemporary designers might create spaces that facilitate meaningful encounters between human consciousness and technological systems, suggesting that the future of experience design lies in environments that honor both precision and poetry.

- Unique Properties
- The design concept takes the user and puts it into the center of the idea. We used optical sensors to create a connection between the user and the digital environment. The architectural approach had a unique feature — a combination of LED screen blocks, glass blocks, neon lights, and frames.
- Dimensions & Packaging
- We used 2 servers to run the installation. Unity server was processing data from Kinect and transferred it to Ventuz server which was used for real-time visualization and lightboxes control via DMX. Render Layout was configured in a way that the content was rendered in resolution 2880 x 1536 px, 60 fps, and displayed on the video wall with the Full HD resolution without loss of quality.

- Production Technology
- Architecture: we were focused on mixing different kinds of light sources (screens, lightboxes, and neon signs) together with the textures and materials of the booth (concreed, glass, black mate woods) to get a fresh minimalistic look and feel. Technology: we used a combination of two different software. Unity — to get the depth map from Kinect and Ventuz — for real-time visualization.
- Design Challenge
- The most complex part of this project was keeping a proper balance between entertainment and conveying an idea. For each scenario, we had to make prototypes and tests to see whether it works or not.
- Project Duration
- Sochi, Russia, 3 days, Forum of Innovative Financial Technologies Finopolis 2018
- Operation Flow
- Installation is sensitive to the presence of the user. Once it captures the user one of the 5 scenarios is activated randomly. It plays for a certain amount of time and then switches to the next scene. Scenarios are played one by one in a cycle until the user goes out of the interaction area.
- Research
- We entered the job, having no other info but the client's message — "as a bank we do not have any unique technologies to show on the exhibition, but we want you to represent us as a bank of future". Our approach was to create 5 manifests, that represent the future in different ways. All manifests were united with the idea that services should be around the user making life more comfortable. We put the user in the center and surround it with 5 interactive scenarios with real-time abstract graphics.
- Inspiration
- Our task was to represent Alfabank as a bank of the future. We thought that such a bank should surround its client with services that make life more comfortable. We tried to deliver this idea through an interactive experience where the user is the center of everything. Our inspiration comes from the idea itself and computer vision tools that are available today.
