Umzi-mveliso wokutya uyachuma, kwaye ukuthatha ikwayinto eyimfuneko kubantu banamhlanje. Kwangelo xesha, inkunkuma eninzi nayo iye yaveliswa. Iibhokisi ezininzi zokutya ezisetyenziselwa ukugcina ukutya zinokuphinda zisetyenziselwe ukuphinda zisebenze, kodwa iingxowa zeplastiki ezisetyenziselwa ukupakisha iibhokisi zokutya ngokwenene azinakuphinda zisebenze. Ukunciphisa ukusetyenziswa kweengxowa zeplastiki, imisebenzi yebhokisi yokutya kunye neplastiki zidityanisiwe ukuyila iibhokisi zesidlo sasemini ezintsha. Ibhokisi ye-bale ijika inxalenye yayo ibe sisiphatho ekulula ukusithwala, kwaye inokudibanisa iibhokisi zokutya ezininzi, ukunciphisa kakhulu ukusetyenziswa kweengxowa zeplastiki zokupakisha iibhokisi zokutya.
