I-Eco Smart City ngumbono wangaphakathi weziko lokuthengisa elikwiHunan, eTshayina, elithatha isikali sesithuba esiyi-2500 yeemitha ezisikweri. Ubume balo bukhuthazwe ziipatheni zezindlu zakudala ezinkulu kwaye buxelisa inkqubo yamabala amathathu ukwahlula imibono kunye nemisebenzi yesithuba. Umxholo wePeach Blossom Spring ukhokela uyilo, lo gama iindawo zamatye zemvelo ezinompayini wokwamkela iindwendwe zibonisa umbono wokwamkela. Izibane ze-LED ezonga umbane zikhanyisa ingaphakathi kwaye zinokulawulwa ngokweendawo. Ifenitshala yenziwe ngomthi oqinileyo oneetafile zematye emhlophe yendalo (marble) kwaye ayinayo i-formaldehyde.

Abaphumeleleyo beGolide ziimveliso ezintsha kakhulu, ezinombono ongaphaya nezikhazimlayo ezibonisa ubuchule, ubulumko nobuchule babayili bazo. Iimpawu Ezizodwa: The designer expresses the space theme of "welcome" with the Guest-Greeting Pine landscape rockeries. With the view borrowing technique of ancient gardens, the front and back spaces complement each other to create a layered effect of both separation and connection.

Ubuchwepheshe Bokuvelisa: The entire space is illuminated with energy saving LED lamps, which emit little heat with good heat dissipation performance. They not only adjust the illuminance index according to the environment, but also control the light sources by areas, to save energy. The furniture is made of solid wood with natural marble tabletop, free of formaldehyde, thus environmental friendly for good health.
Umngeni Woyilo: Eco Smart City is an international riverside landmark of Changde with the largest central parks. When the building sales center has fulfilled its profiting function, designers need to consider that it will serve as a reception center in the largest central parks of the city to accommodate public visits.
Uphando: The decorative peach trees made from scrap irons lead the customers to the city memory hall on the side of the main hall. The designer personally toured Changde to collect paintings, calligraphies and works of art of the Ming and Qing dynasties, and sealed them with the special wire super long art glass technology.
Inkuthazo: The overall layout of the project Ecological Smart City Sales Centre is inspired by the patterns of ancient grand mansions, imitating the three-courtyard system to divide and differentiate the visions and functions of the spatial dimensions. It embraces the theme of Peach Blossom Spring to create a modern building sales center of profound cultural heritage.
Ubude Beprojekthi: The project was located in Hu Nan, China. It was finished in August 2018.
Ukuhamba Komsebenzi: The central hall behind the LED screen focuses on the theme of courtesy. It comprises the reception lobby and the sand table area. The sand table is illuminated with self luminous thermostat lamps. The ceiling lamps running through the entire central hall follows the pattern of the Chuanzi River of Changde in design. The peach blossom shaped ceiling lamps extend forward like a river, showing the way for customers in supreme courtesy. Light perception color temperature and hard fitting perfectly match to present a world of its own like the Peach Blossom Spring.
