Malunga ne-Luxury of Silence Yokuhlala

Iimathiriyeli ezintle neziethe-ethe zibonisa umgangatho wendawo ngendlela etofotofo kodwa ethobekileyo. I-juxtaposition yobumnyama kunye nokukhanya kwendalo ukulinganisa indawo yokuhlala kunye nokwahlukana okubukhali. Kwaye indawo ekhonza ukwandisa kunye nokudala indawo engapheliyo. Umthamo omtsha wemibala emnyama kunye nokudityaniswa kwemarble kunye neenkozo zomthi zikhuphe kakhulu umgangatho wendawo yonke. Ukudibanisa nokukhanya okungathanga ngqo kunye nokukhanya kwendalo ukunika imvakalelo yokufudumala.

Abaphumeleleyo beBhronzi ziimveliso ezinobuchule obukhulu nezidala ngokumangalisayo ezingqina amava aphangaleleyo, ukucinga nokwazi ukuzenzela kwabayili bazo. Luxury of Silence Yokuhlala iyathenjwa ukuba ibe yimpahla exatyiswa kakhulu, edunyiswayo nethandwayo enobungcali obuphawulekayo nezinto ezintsha. Iimpawu Ezizodwa: Fine and delicate materials imply the quality of the space in a luxury but modest way. A juxtaposition of the darkness and natural light to balance out the living space with strong contrast. And a space that serves to expand and create a timeless space.
Imilinganiselo nePakishini: This is a double stories cluster house total built-up area of 242 square meters with 4 rooms & 4 bathrooms.

Ubuchwepheshe Bokuvelisa: The new volume of dark colours and the combination of marble and wood grain has greatly brought out the quality of the entire space. Integrating with indirect lighting and natural light to give a sense of warmness.

Bright colours with the combination of light wood grain have become the main concept for the children’s bedroom. The natural light has lightened up the entire space and it gives a vibrant growing environment for the children.
Umngeni Woyilo: Changing the architectural layout and the completion of the design details were the challenge of this project. First, we have made some layout adjustments on the ground and first floors, and the transfer of building structures from this can only be completed after several discussions with professional consultants. Second is to ensure that the outcome reflect the personality of the homeowner and the practicality of life, we need to consider every detail, the selection of stone , wood grain, color, loose furniture, curtain and all textures are carefully selected and discussed with the owner.
Uphando: Design is a balance between art and client requirement.
Inkuthazo: The homeowner is a married couple with 2 children. As the owner hope that through the quality of an interior space could improve the quality of life. And we also truly believe that our daily surroundings influence our sense of well-being. Therefore, the design is based on the personality of the homeowner and we hope that their children could grow up in such an environment that helps to inspire them.
Ubude Beprojekthi: The project started in October 2019 and finished in October 2020 in Johor, Malaysia.
Ukuhamba Komsebenzi: We relocate the door for the wet kitchen so it creates smoother circulation and allows more space for the living room and dining area. On the other hand, this allows the sunlight stream down through the skylight, irradiating the courtyard and the wet kitchen at the same time.
