Solution:Tests and process improvements achieved efficient, convenient, and durable design.
Research: Research Objective:Address the pain points of traditional home solar systems,including complex installation,limited durability,and poor home integration,by creating a convenient and safe green energy product.Method:Repeatedly test and optimize the body craft,appearance,and core technologies,adjusting performance through iterative trials.
Data and Experiments:Use testing instruments to collect material,protection,and heat dissipation data,and conduct multiple rounds of performance verification experiments.
Results:Identify suitable processes and design,achieving 15 years of durability with IP65 protection,while ensuring convenience and safety.Conclusion:The integrated design balances performance and usability,provides a reference for similar products,lowers the barrier for adopting green energy,and contributes to environmental protection and industry advancement.
Inspiration: The design tackles key pain points of traditional home solar systems,including complex installation,poor integration with living spaces,and high user barriers.In line with the growing adoption of green energy,the team aimed to create an accessible solution that combines efficient storage and reliable safety with integrated design,minimalist aesthetics,and intuitive operation,allowing solar power to blend naturally into modern home life.
Project Duration: It started in Shenzhen in June 2025,is expected to be completed in Shenzhen in April 2026,and will be launched in the US market in April 2026.
Operation Flow: High Efficiency and Stable Supply: Four MPPT channels with 3600 W tracking and smart charge management ensure stable household power. Metal frame and IP65 protection enable reliable operation outdoors.
Flexible Expansion and Eco Benefits: Expandable from 2.5 kWh to 15 kWh. Generates 3320 kWh per year, saving 1760 euros and reducing 1400 kilograms of carbon emissions.
Easy Plug and Play: Built in microinverter requires no installation. One button operation supports both home and outdoor use.
