- The design team had to optimize spatial layout to incorporate multiple operations. Besides, many indicators of the old building could no longer meet current standards in China, which posed a huge challenge. To solve this, the design team worked out many corresponding solutions, and kept a close eye on on-site construction, hence obtaining a safe, beautiful building which meets existing standards.
- פֿאָרשונג
- Since completion, a lot of drama festivals, lectures, art exhibitions and events have been held in the building, which has attracted a large number of local citizens. The project is situated in a cultural and creative park where plenty of design studios have settled in. As an artistic and cultural complex, The Mountain View complements the park, and provides urbanites with a "slow space", which enables them to socialize and interact with nature and art.
