װילא אַנטיאָקװיאַ איז אַ פּריװאַטע רעזידענץ געלעגן אין קאַפּ קאַנאַ, פּונטאַ קאַנאַ, דאָמיניקאַנער רעפּובליק. דאָס הויז נעמט אַרום 1130 קװאַדראַט מעטער בנין אױף אַ פּלאַץ פֿון 2630 קװאַדראַט מעטער. דער דיזײן שאַפֿט אינעװייניקסטע רױמען װאָס זײנען פֿיזיש און װיזועל דורכלאָזיק צו די דרױסנדיקע ערײעס פֿון דעם פּלאַץ. לאָקאַלע קלימאַטישע באַדינגונגען האָבן אָנגעפֿירט מיטן ניצן נאַטירלעכע װענטילאַציע. אַ ברײטער קאַנטילעװער אױף דער פֿאַסאַד פֿורעמט דעם אַרײנגאַנג־שװעל. געבוירענע געשניצטע שטײן, האָלץ־צודעקונגען און גרױס-פֿאָרמאַטיקע מירמל־קאַכלען פֿורעמען דעם מאַטעריאַל־פּאַלעט.

אייגנאַרטיקע אייגנשאַפֿטן: The design concept for Villa Antioquia was developed under the idea of generating interior spaces that allow permeability, both physical and visual, with the exterior areas of the site. Its design is influenced by the conditions of the location, in the use of climatic strategies to opt for natural ventilation, as well as the delight of the landscape and generate transformable spaces.
