W Horse Stud איז אַ וואַקאַציע הויז דיזיינד פֿאַר אַ 10,000 קוואַדראַט מעטער ראַיאָן אין דעם וואַפֿראַ אַגריקולטורעל געגנט פֿון קוַואַײט. דאָס הויז איז אויפֿגעהויבן 140 סענטימעטער איבער דער ערד כדי צו עפֿענען אויסזיכטן איבער די אַרומיקע פֿערד-פֿעלדער. דער פּלאַן איז צעטיילט אין צוויי אַקסן. איין אַקס האַלט דעם פֿערד-שטאַל. די אַנדערע האַלט די שלאָפֿצימערן, עס-געגנט און אַ גרויסע וווינ-געגנט מיט אַ בליק אויף דעם שווים-באַסיין. אַ 40 מעטער טעראַסע איז פֿאַרשאָטנט דורך אַ 3 מעטער אַרויסגעשטרעקטן דאַך פֿאַר שוץ פֿון דער זון און זאַמד. די בויונג נוצט איזאָלירטע לייכטע בלאָקן, גלאָז, אַ בעטאָן-סטרוקטור און אַ לייכטן שטאָל-דאַך.

Unique Properties: Built on a 10000-m2 site on a farms side of Wafra agriculture area, Kuwait. The house lifted 140 centimeters above the ground to maximize the views of the surrounding horse paddocks. The layout divided into two axes One of them contains the horse stable, while the other dedicated to the bedrooms, dinning and large living area overlocking the swimming pool.
Dimensions & Packaging: The 40m terrace shaded with 3m cantilevered roof increases the usable areas also created to work as a protection from the sun and the sandy weather of the region.

Production Technology: This vacation house, built with light weight thermal insulated blocks, glass, concrete structure, and light weight steel roof system.
Design Challenge: the main challenge was making a villa for both horses and humans under one roof, we have also study horse behavior very well before the design.so that we can determine the partitioning design and limitation.
Research: horse behavior research
Inspiration: The main views from the house are quite turned to the desert landscaping, horses and the swimming pool. Guest and family spaces cover larger area of the house overlocking the swimming pool that surrounded with desert landscaping and horse arenas. We also anticipate the moment when the natural aging of the landscape will make the house blend more into the site and improve the intended privacy with maintaining the views.
