הונגזשאָו אַקאַדעמיע איז אַ פֿאַרקויף־צענטער וואָס געפֿינט זיך אין דעם צענטראַלן ראַיאָן פֿון נאַנטשאַנג קאַונטי, כינע. די בנין האַלט ערטער פֿאַר פֿאַרהאַנדלונגען, האַנטאַרבעט, קינדער־טעטיקייטן און אויסשטעלונג. צוויי בלאָקן ווענדן זיך צו די שטאָטישע וועגן ביי אַ קרייצוועג, און זייער פֿאַרשאָבענע פּאָזיציע פֿורעמט די אַרייַנגאַנג־פּלאַץ. די פּלאַן רופֿט זיך אויף אַלטע כינעזישע אַרכיטעקטור. אַלומיניום־בלעטער זענען פֿאַרבונדן מיט קלאַמערן, וואָס שאַפֿן אַ ציגל־ענלעכע טעקסטור אויף דעם פֿאַסאַד. אַ גלאַטע געבויגענע אויבערפֿלאַך צייכנט די דאַך און דערמאָנט טראַדיציאָנעלע דאַך־ראַנדן. גרויסע גלאָז־געביטן און אַ הויכער אַטריום גיבן דעם אינעווייניק אַן אָפֿענעם און באַקוועמען כאַראַקטער.

- Unique Properties
- The project is located in the central area of Nanchang County. As a sales center, it undertakes the functions of negotiation, handwork, children's activity space and display. The building is located at the intersection, so there are two typical blocks facing the urban road respectively. These two blocks shapes the building, and the misplaced part forms the entrance square.

- Metallic aluminium sheet, glass, coating Material
- Design Challenge
- To avoid the glue layer on facade, architects designed a gusset plate unit also use aluminium to insure the tone of the grey facade.
- Research
- Chosing the material for roof was a difficulty. Designers compared the effect and cost of Titanium-zinc Panel, Al-Mg-Mn alloy building sheets and aluminium sheet and finally chosed aluminium sheet as the roof material.
- Inspiration
- The area has a splendid cultural history in ancient times, so the form fully refers to the ancient Chinese architecture. Aluminum plates are connected by buckles, forming a unique brick texture on the facade. The smooth arc-shaped curved surface outlines the skyline of the building, which reminds people of the eaves curve of ancient Chinese buildings.
- Project Duration
- The project started in August 2020 in Nanchang and finished in December 2020 in Nanchang, China.
- Operation Flow
- The building provides people with a comfortable purchasing environment. The large area of glass enables people to enjoy the external scenery. The high atrium increases the width of the space. People can regard it as a commercial building or a place to rest.
