פֿלאָוטינג מינימאַליסט פּאָעטיק איז אַ פֿאַרקויף און מאַרקעטינג צענטער וואָס געפֿינט זיך אין נאַנטשאַנג, כינע. דער דיזיין נעמט זיין אינספּיראַציע פֿון דעם נאַטירלעכן אָזערע וואָס געפֿינט זיך אויפֿן פּלאַץ. מינימאַליסטישע דעקאָנסטרוקציע ווערט גענוצט צו שאַפֿן אַן אַטמאָספֿער וואָס איז שטיל, נאַטירלעך און טעכנאָלאָגיש, וואָס מאַכט ווייכער דעם געוויינטלעכן קאָמערציעלן כאַראַקטער פֿון אַ פֿאַרקויף־שטח. דער בנין דערהייבט זיך פֿריי לעבן דעם ברעג פֿון דעם אָזערע, ווי אַ זעגל, און פֿורעמט אַ אָזערע קונסט־מוזיי וואָס איז מאָדערן און פּאָעטיש. דער שטח איז געפּלאַנט צו דינען שפּעטער ווי אַ קלוב פֿאַר די תּושבֿים, וואָס בעט אָן אַ נאָכהאַלטיקן אָרט פֿאַר קאָמוניקאַציע צווישן די שכנותדיקע קהילות.

- Unique Properties
- This is a sales center. The design weakens the traditional commercial atmosphere. The design clue comes from the natural lake in the project. It uses minimalist deconstruction to create a technological, quiet and natural space atmosphere, which will continue to exist as the owner’s club in the future. To provide a sustainable space for neighbourhood communications between communities in the future.

- Inspiration
- Built near the lake, a freely rising building stands on the shore of the lake like a sail, extracting spiritual connotations from the lake, thus giving birth to a "Lake Art Museum" that is both contemporary and very natural and poetic.

- The project started in May 2021 and finished in June 2021 in Nanchang of China.
