די ינספּיראַציע פֿאַר דעם יינציק ווילאַ געקומען פון שטיין פאָרמיישאַנז אין די היגע לאַנדשאַפט, ווו די דזשיאַמאַטרי פון נאַטור קיינמאָל סיסיז צו אַמייז. דער געדאַנק איז געווען צו ברעכן אַראָפּ די טראדיציאנעלן בנין מאַסע און שאַפֿן אַ פּלאַן וואָס איז ינאַגרייטיד מיט זייַן סוויווע, דורך עמיאַלייטינג נאַטירלעך שאַפּעס. אין דעם צענטער פון די טערראַריום אָרט, ליגט אַ שיין לאַנדסקייפּט אָפֿן-לופט הויף. יעדער צימער אין די הויז איז סיטשוייטיד אַרום אים און האט אַ סאָף לויפן פון ליכט, נאַטירלעך לופט און גרינערי. מיט בלויז דרייַ הויפּט פארבן קעריינג דורך די גאנצע פּלאַץ, באַטאָנען, ליכט בראָנדז און גרין.

- Unique Properties
- At the center of the Terrarium Place, lies a beautifully landscaped open-air courtyard. Every room in the house is situated around it and thus has endless flow of light, natural air and greenery. With only three main colors carrying through the entire space, concrete, light bronze and green, the sense of harmony and indoor-outdoor balance is further established with a natural stone wall, extended from the exterior to the interior.

- Design Challenge
- The hardest part of this design activity as an architect was balancing competing priorities and constraints, such as client requirements, site limitations, technical considerations, timeline, and budget, while creating a a beautiful functional and visually appealing design solution.
- Inspiration
- The inspiration for this unique villa came from rock formations in the local landscape, where nature’s geometry never ceases to amaze. The idea was to break down the traditional building mass and create a design that is integrated with its environs, by emulating natural shapes.
- Project Duration
- The project started in February 2021 and finished in March 2022 in Kuwait.
