רע איז אַן אינטעריער פֿון אַ סאונע, דיזיינט ווי אַ רויִקער אָפּטרעט. דער דיזיין איז געבויט אויף דעם יאַפּאַנישן וואָרט שינקאַן, וואָס מיינט טיפע שטילקייט. קלאַנג איז דער הויפּט-פֿאָקוס פֿון דעם פּלאַן און פֿון די מאַטעריאַל-אויסקלייבן. די צווישן-ווענט זענען פֿאַרלענגערט ביזן דעכל, און אין די ווענט איז אַריינגעלייגט מאַטעריאַל וואָס פֿאַרמינערט קלאַנג. אַלע אויסאַרבעטונגען זענען אומגלייך, וואָס מאַכט ווייכער דעם אָפּגעשפּיגלטן קלאַנג. די באַלויכטונג פֿאָלגט די ריכטונג, שטאַרקייט און קאָליר-טעמפּעראַטור פֿון נאַטירלעכן זונשיין. דער רעזולטאַט איז אַ רויִקער אָרט וואָס דערמאָנט אָן דער שטילקייט פֿון אַ וואַקסנדיקן וואַלד.

Unique Properties: Japanese word “shinkan” means “deep stillness” and it expresses a way of falling into a complete silence. Therefore, we focused our design on the sound and created a sauna space where one can relax in a tranquil environment.To achieve this, partition walls were extended to the attic and uneven finish materials were used. We also used lighting that corresponded in direction, intensity, and color.
