יעניקוי הויז איז א פּרויעקט פֿון אינערלעכן דיזיין פֿאַר א וווינונג, געלעגן אין איסטאַנבול, טערקיי. די הויז נעמט אַרום 250 קוואַדראַט מעטער און כּולל אַן 80 קוואַדראַט מעטער טעראַסע. די פּלאַן האָט פיר צימערן, מיט צוויי שלאָפֿצימערן, אַ גימנאַסטיק-ערע, אַ וווינצימער און אַ קיך. דער דיזיין איז געשאַפֿן אַרום דעם שטאָטבליק, אַזוי אַז די וווינערס קענען שפּירן די אַרומיקע שטאָט פֿון אינעווייניק. די מעבל איז געהאַלטן פּשוט כּדי צו האַלטן דעם פֿאָקוס אויף דעם אויסזיכט אין דרויסן. טאַדעלאַקט, אַ נאַטירלעכער און אָטעמענדיקער עקאָלאָגישער מאַטעריאַל, איז באַניצט געוואָרן אויף די ווענט און דעם סטעליע.

Unique Properties: It is a interior design residential project.
The house is Located in Istanbul, Turkey. It is a 250 mt2 house. It is 4 room house with 2 bed rooms, 1 gym area, living area and a kitchen.
Dimensions & Packaging: 250 m2 inside and 80 m2 terrace
Tags: Modern style
Production Technology: Tadelakt was used for the walls and the ceiling, it is a natural tint and a breathing ecological material. The approach was to try to be as simle as possible.
Design Challenge: This project is mostly based on simplicity. ın this project you can see the vivid part of the decoration by the chosen art pieces and some limited edition products.
Research: Designer's own style and research for the material and products.
Inspiration: This design inspired by the view of this place. It was wanted to feel the city while inside the house. So all the interior shaped around this feeling. The furnitures was kept simple to enhance the effect of the view and ensuring that the focus remains on the dynamic city outside, allowing residents to truly feel the vibracy of the location.
Project Duration: The project started in February 2023 in Istanbul and finished in June 2023.
Operation Flow: After the design and renders of the project, the products get ordered and the furnitures, than the production has started and after 5 moths everything was done.
