Production Technology
The SS1000 adopts a core chassis structure printed with innovative 3D PEEK engineering plastic, and integrates an full-carbon fiber one-piece body and fuel tank, achieving the lightweight target of 215kg while delivering exceptional torsional frame rigidity. It leverages digital modeling, composite material hot-pressing molding, and precision electronic system integration technologies, guaranteeing exceptional performance and reliability in manufacturing.
Design Challenge
The core challenge lies in balancing multiple contradictions: leveraging PEEK plastic and carbon fiber for extreme weight reduction to ensure the frame maintains track-level rigidity; integrating a large number of intelligent sensors and electronic control hardware without compromising the motorcycle's compact layout and center of gravity; while providing extreme performance potential, the electronic system ensures safe release, avoiding uncomfortable experience caused by excessive technology.
Research
This research project is dedicated to resolving the challenges of top-tier sport motorcycles—including excessive performance, heavy handling burden, and inadequate safety features—when utilized on roads. Through material innovation, aerodynamic optimization and intelligent integration, it explores how to safely deliver track-level performance to more users, reimagining the performance standards and user experience for high-performance motorcycles.
Inspiration
The SS1000 draws inspiration from a vision that brings elite racing tech within reach of all riders. The design team identified a core challenge: the more extreme the performance of a race motorcycle, the harder it becomes to deliver long-term, reassuring riding experiences to seasoned road riders. Based on the needs and hassles of pro racers and riding enthusiasts, the team has creatively integrated F1-grade material concepts, aerodynamic design, and consumer-grade intelligent systems.
Project Duration
The project is finished in 2026.
Operation Flow
The SS1000 centers on a zero riding learning curve and intuitive control. The 6-axis IMU electronic control system, along with Cornering ABS/TCS, provides seamless intervention for full riding protection. The TFT intelligent touchscreen integrates AI visual assistance prompts, Mesh group communication, and vehicle status management. The 360° Sentinel Mode leverages on-vehicle sensors to automatically detect parking environment hazards and log data, enabling all-weather secure interaction.
