וועגן Basalt הויז

געבויט פֿאַר טרייסט און עלעגאַנט. דעם פּלאַן איז באמת אַן אויג-קאַטשינג און מערקווירדיק ין און אַרויס. פֿעיִקייטן אַן דעמב האָלץ, פֿענצטער געמאכט פֿאַר זונשייַן, און דאָס איז סודינג פֿאַר די אויגן. עס איז מעזמערייזינג דורך זייַן שיינקייט און די טעכניק. אַמאָל איר זענט אין דעם הויז, איר קען נישט באַמערקן די קלאָרקייַט און די אָאַזיס געפיל אַז נעמט איבער איר. די ווינטל פון די ביימער און די אַרומיק מיט די זון שטראַלן מאכט דעם הויז אַ יינציק אָרט צו לעבן אין אַוועק פון די פאַרנומען שטאָט לעבן. די באַסאַלט הויז איז געבויט צו ביטע און אַקאַמאַדייט אַ פאַרשיידנקייַט פון מענטשן.

Basalt הויז איז אַ געווינער פֿון דעם A' Design Award אין זילבער, אַן אויסערגעוויינלעך פּרעסטיזשע אָנערקענונג וואָס ווערט געגעבן צו שיינע, דערהויבענע און איבערצײַגנדיקע שפּיץ-דיזײַנס. זילבער-געווינער זענען העכסט בריליאַנטע און זייער קרעאַטיווע ווערק וואָס ילוסטרירן די אויסגעצייכנטע מומחיות, טאַלאַנט און שאַרפֿזיניקייט פֿון זייערע דיזײַנערס. פֿון Basalt הויז ווערט דערוואַרט אַז עס איז אַ וווּנדערלעך, מוסטערהאַפֿט ווערק וואָס איז אויפֿפֿאַלנדיק פּראָפֿעסיאָנעל און טיף אינאָוואַטיוו. דער דאָזיקער געווינענדיקער דיזײַן פֿון A' Design Award אין זילבער איז אַ זייער אויפֿפֿאַלנדיקע, באַוווּנדערטע דערפֿינדונג וואָס ברענגט נוצן און שטופּט פֿאָרויס די גרענעצן פֿון קונסט, וויסנשאַפֿט, דיזײַן און טעכנאָלאָגיע. Basalt הויז איז אַ באַשאַפֿונג וואָס מען מקנא זײַן זי ברייט, וואָס וועקט תּאוות, ברענגט פּאָזיטיווע געפֿילן און וועקט חידוש און פֿאַרוווּנדערונג.

אייגנאַרטיקע אייגנשאַפֿטן: The BASALT house is a house located in the southern part of Syrian Arab Republic. It is located at an altitude higher than 1100 meters above sea level amid a dense forest of oaks.
This house combines both past and present architecture, with its simple exterior, sharp angles and unique combination of distinct material. Blending ancient architecture using basalt and oak wood with renewed creative ideas merging from this historical era.

פּראָדוקציע-טעכנאָלאָגיע: This house is designed to blend easily and beautifully into the surroundings of natural environment, as well as being durable, resistant and can endure natural unpredictable weather conditions. Its outer walls are built of double concrete blocks and are covered with natural basalt stones. Its large windows are made to bring in as much light as possible while keeping a cozy atmosphere. The double glazing thermal brake aluminum system is used as well as water refining systems and solar systems.
דיזײַן-אויסדערונג: The hardest part that I had to face was combining the popular architecture built in Southern Syria under the Roman Empire with today's simple comfortable creative design, using the latest technology yet keeping it elegant and interesting to viewers.
פֿאָרשונג: The research was done by using the internet and observing firsthand the designs built in my hometown in Southern Syria.
The main objective was to blend the popular architecture built in southern Syria under the Roman Empire with unique up to date architecture with a creative touch from the past and present designs.
Methodology for my project was mainly looking at the popular Roman architecture and studying their details to find ways to combine in with today's different interests of people.
אינספּיראַציע: What inspired me the most for this design was the Ancient Romans' architectures built in southern Syria.
Despite the simplicity of its architectural design, it is still imposing its prestige and charms, while continues to be very impressive for viewers. In my opinion, I believe that we are longing for simple and uncomplicated designs at times when modern designs have become a commodity.
The basalt stone with its hardness, unique properties and dark color was the main inspiration for my project.
פּראָיעקט-דויער: The design started in March 2019 and finished in June 2019 in Kuwait.
The execution will start in August 2020 in Syria.
אָפּעראַציע-פֿלוס: This design is fully equipped and fully comforted with a unique automation system which allows the owner to have control to many things in this distinguished house such as; lighting, rolling shutters, boilers, heating and air-conditioning, and security system.
