- Design Challenge
- This co-working space aims at providing a blank canvas for members to add their own color. Base on this concept, we provide a less ornamented white space, and to focus on space crafting and user experience.
- Research
- The Central Park at the Large site, which can accommodate up to 450 people, is the only one of its kind in Hong Kong’s CBD. It is suitable for financial firms to hold public listing launching, cooperate training and shareholders meeting etc. In view of its neutral nature, Central Park can suit all kind of firms with different identity and cooperate color.
The grand staircase at Medium site, connects 2 levels and turns into a theatre for 100 people events.
The intimate common spaces at Small site, scattered at every floors as small gathering spaces. - Inspiration
- How to keep an identity of a co-working space with any given site of different sizes and configurations?
On the one hand, every location is a white space, giving an identity in appearance.
On the other hand, the mission of the co-working space is to create an inclusive community. Members can leverage the community intelligent through offline events at the Common Space. By carefully shaping of the Common Space, different characters are formed at different sites.
3 specified sites, Large, Medium and Small are chosen to illustrate each unique treatment. The 3 sites together form a trio of spaces. - Project Duration
- The L,M,S co-coworking spaces completed between 2019 to 2020 and located respectively at Central of Hong Kong, Bridge 8 of Shanghai and Hong Kong West.
