Ungrey jẹ́ ilé ìyẹ̀wù àdáni kan tí ó wà ní Mumbai pẹ̀lú ètò abẹ́lé tí ó tó ìwọ̀n mítà onígun mẹ́wàá igba (200). Ìṣàkóso àwọ̀ (colour blocking) ni àbùdá àpẹrẹ pàtàkì, tí a fi ṣe déédéé kọjá àwọn ògiri àti àwọn ilẹ̀. Àwọn ojú tí ó ti wà tẹ́lẹ̀ ni a dán, tí a sì fi micro-cement ní onírúurú àwọ̀ bò wọ́n, lẹ́yìn náà tí a fi ìpele ààbò parí. Gbogbo àwọn ìrísí ni a fi àmì sí ibi iṣẹ́ kí a tó bo wọ́n, kí wọ́n baà lè bá àwọn àwòrán tí a fà mu. A ṣe ẹ̀yà báà (bar unit) àti kẹrẹdẹnsà (credenza) ní ilé-iṣẹ́. - Unique Properties
- The space is designed with colour blocking as the main design feature which required working on the existing flooring and walls with microcement layer.
- Dimensions & Packaging
- The apartment in about 200 Sq M

- The space was marked with all sorts of forms and colours and proper colour blocking was done to continue on walls and floor.
- Design Challenge
- The main challenge was to polish the existing floor to make it adhesive to microcement. achieving right colours was a major task. The bar unit and credenza unit was factory made.
- Research
- The microcement was studied and understood with various samples and colours.
- Inspiration
- The client expressed that they wanted to not live any more in a standard GREY house which is the general trending design language and wanted to live in an artwork of a space.
- Project Duration
- The project was completed in 8 months
- Operation Flow
- The space was cleaned and marking was done for all proposed forms to ensure all design was executed as per drawings. The micro-cement layer was coated in various colours and later polished with a protective coating.
