Prance jẹ́ iṣeto ilohunsoke ọfisi tí ó wà ní Hsinchu, Taiwan, tí ó bo agbègbè tí ó tó mítà onígun mẹrin 291. Àwọ̀ eérú ni a ṣàkópọ̀ pẹ̀lú igi láti mú ìgbóná wá sí àyè náà. Àtẹ̀gùn ṣíṣí tí a fi irin àti òkúta mabù ṣe ń dá ipa ìríran-gba-inu sílẹ̀ tí ó sì di ojú-ìdojúkọ ní ẹnu-ọ̀nà. Àtẹ̀gùn ìbẹ̀rẹ̀ tí a fẹ̀ sí i jẹ́ àmì àárín gbùngbùn àyè náà. Ògiri-ìpín onígi kan mú kí gíga-ìríran gùn sí i, ó sì pèsè ìpamọ́ra. Ẹnu-ọ̀nà náà ni a mú kúrú ní ìwọ̀n, kí ó sì gbòòrò sí i ní àgbègbè tí àjà rẹ̀ ga. Prance Iṣeto Ilohunsoke Ọfisi jẹ́ olùborí Àmì-ẹ̀yẹ Idẹ A' Design Award, ìdánimọ̀ olókìkí gan-an tí a fún àwọn àwòṣe tó tayọ tí wọ́n yàtọ̀ nípasẹ̀ ìṣẹ̀dá, àrékérekè àti ọgbọ́n inú. Àwọn olùborí Idẹ jẹ́ àwọn ohun èlò tó ní ìjáfáfá gan-an tí wọ́n sì ní ìṣẹ̀dá tó yani lẹ́nu tí wọ́n ń ṣe ẹ̀rí ìrírí gbígbòòrò, ìrònú àti ọgbọ́n àwọn olùṣàwòṣe wọn. A retí pé Prance Iṣeto Ilohunsoke Ọfisi yóò jẹ́ ohun tí a kà sí gidigidi, tí a gbóríyìn fún tí a sì nífẹ̀ẹ́, tó jẹ́ ti ọ̀jáfáfá lọ́nà tó ṣe pàtàkì tó sì ní ìmúṣẹ̀dá tuntun. Àwòṣe tó borí Àmì-ẹ̀yẹ Idẹ A' Design Award yìí ń kó àwọn ọ̀nà tó dára jùlọ nínú iṣẹ́ ọnà, sáyẹ́ǹsì, àwòṣe àti ìmọ̀-ẹ̀rọ jọ, ó sì tayọ nítorí àfiyèsí rẹ̀ sí àwọn àlàyé kékeré. Prance Iṣeto Ilohunsoke Ọfisi ń tẹ́ àwọn ohun tí a nílò lọ́rùn lọ́nà àgbàyanu, ó ń fọwọ́ kan àwọn ìfẹ́ inú, ó ń gbà ọkàn ó sì ń fa ìfẹ́ láti mọ̀ mọ́ra.

- The space, sharp and simple futuristic throughout, underlines a consistent experience that begins at the visual focus at the entrance, which demonstrates permeability and comfort while creating a capacious working environment.

- Ìmọ̀-ẹ̀rọ Ìṣelọ́pọ̀
- Materials with a modern touch are applied while grayscale tone and wood set off the warmth of the space. The traffic flow is layered and the design skillfully visualizes compression to expansion that strengthens the tension. Wooden partition visually extends the height and provides privacy. The arrayed effect the curved board create and the linear lighting that lead the traffic flow of the space shape a sharp futuristic ambience with modern minimalist. Mood is transformed at each step one takes while walking towards a wonderful future.
- Ìwádìí
- Open staircases with metal and marble create a see-through effect and act as the focal point at the entrance while injecting liveliness. The enlargement of the starter step makes it the center of the space. Glass and tiles are used to distinguish areas. Appropriately designed blank spaces make the space lighter. Natural light can pass through big windows and allows the interaction of each floor and create a sense of flow.

- It’s on the designer’s mind to create an ambience that invites visitors to soak up a restrained but comforting ambience through the careful design which illustrates the balance and harmony among technology, humanity and art while fulfilling the expectation of a wonderful life in the space towards future through this vision-to-mind experience.
- Àkókò Iṣẹ́ Àkànṣe
- The project started in July 2021 and finished in March 2022 in Hsinchu, Taiwan.
- Ìlànà Ìṣiṣẹ́
- The scale of the entryway is purposely compressed then expanded at the high ceiling area to respond to the wooden partition that extends visual height and the tension of the space.
