Ètò náà yí àgbègbè tí ó ti jẹ́ ilẹ̀ brownfield tẹ́lẹ̀ padà sí àgbègbè aládàpọ̀ tí ó ní iṣẹ́ ọ́fíìsì, ibùgbé, àti ìṣẹ̀dá dídámọ̀ràn oní-dígítà. Omi àti àgbègbè ewéko ń ṣiṣẹ́ gẹ́gẹ́ bí amáyédẹrùn àwọ̀ ewé tí ó ń ṣèrànwọ́ láti ṣàkóso ìkún omi ọ̀wàrà àti láti mú ìgbésí ayé ojoojúmọ́ ní ìlú náà dára sí i. Design Challenge: Water and green are key to urban islands. They serve as green infrastructure to help manage storm floods and improve citizen experience, and are the brand-new epitome of urban brownfield transition.

Inspiration: Ecology as a catalyst
Water and green are key to urban islands. They serve as green infrastructure to help manage storm floods and improve citizen experience, and are the brand-new epitome of urban brownfield transition. Ecospace in concentrated urban areas holds lasting appeal for locals and entrepreneurs and breathes new life into the region.
Project Duration: The project is located in Zhenru Subcenter, Putuo District, Shanghai. The design started in March 2021 and completed in August 2021. The construction is in full swing.
Operation Flow: Blend and economy
A blend of office, residential and digital innovation functions maintain the streets' vigor. Transit-oriented development in the east is economically balanced with large open space in the west, thus enabling the project to progress.
