About Springleaf Iṣiṣẹ Abẹnu Ile fun Gbigbe
Springleaf jẹ apẹrẹ abẹnu ile fun ibugbe idile kan ti o ni ilẹ mẹrin ni apa ariwa Singapore. Ile naa gba to iwọn ẹsẹ onigun mẹrin 6900 ni gbogbo awọn ilẹ mẹrin. Ilẹ akọkọ ni yara alejo, yara jijẹun, ibi idana ati adagun omi. Ilẹ keji ni yara sisun akọkọ, yara awọn ọmọbirin ati ibi idaraya. Ilẹ kẹta ni yara sisun kekere pataki ati yara ọmọ tuntun. Ilẹ kẹrin ni yara alejo fun sisun ati yara idanilaraya. Okuta, irin, aluminiomu ati igi ni a lo lati ṣe iyatọ awọn agbegbe oriṣiriṣi. Abẹnu ile naa jẹ ti ode-oni ati alaanu, ki awọn onile le gba awọn alejo nigbagbogbo ni ikọkọ ati ni itunu.

- Unique Properties
- The space is designed for the family of s social influencer in Singapore. This is a 4-Storey home with an entertainment space on the last level. The space is designed to be modern and inviting for the owners to host friends and relatives regularly.
- Dimensions & Packaging
- Total Space is about 6900 Square Feet, with 4 levels, Level 1 is Living, Dining, Pool, Kitchen, Level 2, Master Bedroom, Girls Room and Gym, Level 3 Junior Suite and Baby's Room, Level 4 is Guest Bedroom and Entertainment Room.
- Tags
- Modern, Inviting, Bold
- Production Technology
- Total renovation and alteration took about a year with concreting works. Large format tiles were cut according to sizes to minimised joint lines. Wallpapers and materials were also imported from Japan, Italy and China.
- Inspiration
- The space was designed to be modern and inviting. Spacious with privacy was the main component in our design to enable owner to host events with privacy and comfort. Combination of various natural materials of stones, steel, aluminium and timber with bold characteristic to define different function of spaces.
- Project Duration
- Nothern part of Singapore. Took about a year to construct.
