Àpẹẹrẹ ìpele àkọ́kọ́ ni Ìdàpọ̀ pẹ̀lú Ẹ̀dá, àwọn alejo sì le wọ inú ààyè náà nipasẹ àwọn àrùn méjìlélógún tó jọ àwọn igi nlá ní ẹnu-ọ̀nà. Àwọn ewéko àti ohun èlò igi wà ká gbogbo ibẹ̀. Àpẹẹrẹ ìpele kejì jẹ́ ọkọ̀ òjú omi tó ń rìn lórí Òkun gbàngbà. Ní ìyàtọ̀ sí ìpele àkọ́kọ́, àwọn yàrá ìpàdé jọ wà ní àwọ̀ búlúù àti funfun. Eiju Ọ́fíìsì jẹ́ olùborí Àmì-ẹ̀yẹ Idẹ A' Design Award, ìdánimọ̀ olókìkí gan-an tí a fún àwọn àwòṣe tó tayọ tí wọ́n yàtọ̀ nípasẹ̀ ìṣẹ̀dá, àrékérekè àti ọgbọ́n inú. Àwọn olùborí Idẹ jẹ́ àwọn ohun èlò tó ní ìjáfáfá gan-an tí wọ́n sì ní ìṣẹ̀dá tó yani lẹ́nu tí wọ́n ń ṣe ẹ̀rí ìrírí gbígbòòrò, ìrònú àti ọgbọ́n àwọn olùṣàwòṣe wọn. A retí pé Eiju Ọ́fíìsì yóò jẹ́ ohun tí a kà sí gidigidi, tí a gbóríyìn fún tí a sì nífẹ̀ẹ́, tó jẹ́ ti ọ̀jáfáfá lọ́nà tó ṣe pàtàkì tó sì ní ìmúṣẹ̀dá tuntun. - On the main floor, visitors can enter the interior space through a 24-piece arched monument at the entrance that resembles a large tree. Various greens are arranged on the walls, floor, and ceiling. It is a modern space, but at the same time, it is a space designed with a perfect balance of natural elements.

- Each floor is designed with a different theme.
The main floor has a theme of fusion with nature, and the sub-floor has a theme of a cruise ship sailing on the open sea.
The various seating layouts allow staff to work at their preferred seat according to their mood at any given time. The meeting rooms are also available in both private and open formats. The space is not designed only for design, but also for rational and efficient office space that can meet all kinds of needs. - Ìwádìí
- The sub-floor, designed to resemble a cruise ship sailing on the open sea, is a conference room with a blue and white color scheme that contrasts with the main floor. Louver panels are installed on the walls, and indirect lighting is installed behind the louver panels to make it look as if sunlight is shining through the gaps between the wings. This gives the impression that sunlight is shining through the gaps between the louvers.

- The office consists of two floors, each designed with a different theme.
The theme of the main floor is "fusion with nature," with plants and wooden materials scattered throughout.
The design theme of the sub-floor is "a cruise ship sailing on the ocean.
The main colors of the space are blue and white, a refreshing change from the main floor. - Àkókò Iṣẹ́ Àkànṣe

- The main floor has a variety of seating arrangements, including high counter seating, tables along the windows, oval tables under a symbolic circular structure protruding from the ceiling, and personal booths, allowing staff to work wherever they feel comfortable at the time.
In addition, there are two meeting rooms, one completely soundproofed and the other open with glass walls.
