Ensuring that the final design remained meaningful and feasible for production was a central focus throughout the process.
Ìwádìí: This project explores the relationship between abstract cognitive systems and physical design through jewelry. By examining how meaning emerges from interconnected structures, the research translates complex conceptual models into a tangible and wearable form.
The design process focuses on balancing aesthetics, wearability, and structural integrity. The final piece demonstrates how jewelry can communicate complex ideas through form, interaction, and material without literal representation.
Ìmísí: Connection is inspired by the way meaning emerges through relationships rather than isolated elements. By observing interconnected systems such as neural networks, the design explores how balance, responsiveness, and structure are formed through interaction. The project abstracts the concept of connection itself and translates it into a wearable jewelry form.

Ìlànà Ìṣiṣẹ́: The jewelry is designed to interact naturally with the human body, responding to movement, posture, and light. Its lightweight open structure allows the piece to sit comfortably on the neck and ears while maintaining balance during wear. As the wearer moves, subtle shifts in form and reflected light enhance depth and spatial perception, creating a dynamic visual experience. The interaction between structure, motion, and light reinforces the connection between the body and the design, emphasizing wearability alongside expressive form.
