About Persian Peacock Ring Òrùka Àsè Alẹ́

Òrùka Persian Peacock jẹ́ òrùka àsè alẹ́ fún àwọn obìnrin. Ìṣàpẹẹrẹ àgbékalẹ̀ rẹ̀ wá láti ara ẹyẹ ọ̀kín, èyí tí ó jẹ́ àmì párádísè, ọlá ọba, ọlá ìdílé àti ẹwà nínú ìtàn àròsọ ilẹ̀ Páṣíà. Àwọn ìrísí adánidá àti alágbára ni a papọ̀ mọ́ àwọn àwọ̀ irin oríṣiríṣi àti àwọn òkúta iyebíye. Emerald àti sapphire dúró fún àwọn ìyẹ́ ẹyẹ ọ̀kín ní àwọ̀ ewé àti aláwọ̀ búlúù. Unique Properties: Using organic and dynamic forms in the design. Combining different elements and shapes in design with different metal colour and gemstones.
Dimensions & Packaging: Width and length of the piece from the top view are about 42mm.
Its weight is about 35 grams in sterling silver.

Production Technology: Different software packages used for designing and 3D-modelling the ring. Then, it 3D-printed in wax and direct cast in three parts.
Finally, gemstones set on Hero ring by using Micro-setting technique. Top of the head and eyes plated in yellow gold.
Design Challenge: Making a big cocktail ring in all steps is challenging. Making the high detailed and producible design on the computer, casting and mounting this piece was part of the challenge.
Research: Researching about the symbolic meaning of the peacock is Persian mythology.
Inspiration: Persian peacock ring inspired by the peacock. In Persian mythology, the peacock is a symbol of paradise, regality, nobility and beauty.
Project Duration: The project started in April 2019 and finished in May 2019.
Operation Flow: Using 3d modelling software packages and 3d-printing technology could help to achieve an accurate and high detailed design.
