Madam Platinum jẹ́ ìdáríṣàn abẹ́lé ilé tí a ṣẹ̀dá fún tọkọtaya kan tí ó ti fẹ̀yìntì ní Ìlú Hsinchu, Taiwan. Ilé náà ní àyè tí ó tó bí mítà onígun mẹ́sàn-án-lé-lọ́gbọ̀n (93sqm) ó sì ní yàrá ìjókòó, agbègbè oúnjẹ, ìdáná, yàrá ìkẹ́kọ̀ọ́, yàrá ìsùn mẹ́ta àti balùwẹ̀ mẹ́jì. A ti fi àwọn ohun ìlò ààbò sí inú ilé náà lọ́nà tí kì yóò fi hàn kedere sí ojú. Madam Platinum Ìdáríṣàn Ilé fún Ìbágbépọ̀ jẹ́ olùborí Àmì-ẹ̀yẹ Idẹ A' Design Award, ìdánimọ̀ olókìkí gan-an tí a fún àwọn àwòṣe tó tayọ tí wọ́n yàtọ̀ nípasẹ̀ ìṣẹ̀dá, àrékérekè àti ọgbọ́n inú. Àwọn olùborí Idẹ jẹ́ àwọn ohun èlò tó ní ìjáfáfá gan-an tí wọ́n sì ní ìṣẹ̀dá tó yani lẹ́nu tí wọ́n ń ṣe ẹ̀rí ìrírí gbígbòòrò, ìrònú àti ọgbọ́n àwọn olùṣàwòṣe wọn. A retí pé Madam Platinum Ìdáríṣàn Ilé fún Ìbágbépọ̀ yóò jẹ́ ohun tí a kà sí gidigidi, tí a gbóríyìn fún tí a sì nífẹ̀ẹ́, tó jẹ́ ti ọ̀jáfáfá lọ́nà tó ṣe pàtàkì tó sì ní ìmúṣẹ̀dá tuntun. Àwòṣe tó borí Àmì-ẹ̀yẹ Idẹ A' Design Award yìí ń kó àwọn ọ̀nà tó dára jùlọ nínú iṣẹ́ ọnà, sáyẹ́ǹsì, àwòṣe àti ìmọ̀-ẹ̀rọ jọ, ó sì tayọ nítorí àfiyèsí rẹ̀ sí àwọn àlàyé kékeré. - This project was a tailor made senior home for the retired client, and the design team set out to deliver the creative concept of comfortable yet tasteful residence with modern aesthetics making all preventive facilities invisible, hence giving the inhabitants a comfortable life while the interior has become a favorite gathering space among families and children of different generations.

- The interior design area is approximately 93 square meters, comprised of living room, dining area, kitchen, study and 3 bedrooms with 2 bathrooms.

- As the male and female clients have different expectations in spatial planning and styling, apart from installing safety facilities in the interior environment which was also made aesthetically pleasant. In order to create unconventional senior retirement home, the design team spent over one year in studying the changes faced by senior citizens in everyday life and psychologically, before translating those considerations into design details, in the name of a safe and lively senior home.

- Elegant posture and serene mindset epitomize the outward appearance of the interior, as well as the characteristics of, and personal expectation of the future by, the client. Throughout this project, every need of the client was reviewed, and environmentally friendly building materials were utilized in constructing elegant aesthetic visual, and satisfying the basic conditions of happy and healthy living.
- Ìmísí
- In the face of global problem of aging population, Taiwan is no exception. As the client was facing a new stage of life, the residence design should not just consider all the facilities needed for future senior life, ensuring their safe and practical usage, but also manifesting the unique freedom and vitality of this age group, in contrast to the stereotypical visual perception of senior home.
- Àkókò Iṣẹ́ Àkànṣe
- The project was finished in December, 2018 in Hsinchu City, Taiwan.
- Ìlànà Ìṣiṣẹ́
- With wall-like partitioning technique demarcating an independent entrance area, which also provided storage functions, along with a whole row of extended bench seating from the dining area for putting on and off shoes that are also of storage function. The originally oppressive structural columns were complemented by lighting strips, chamfer and decorative items, and have become visually pleasant.
