Principle Zhang insists that interior design is rooted from art and our daily life. In the term of managing the team , Zhang applies flat management hierarchy to improve efficiency and flexibility. Goofy的创意作品获得了国际知名的A' Design Award的表彰，获奖领域包括室内。Goofy凭借出色的设计作品荣获A' Design Award 银奖。在竞赛中，Goofy以匿名方式参赛，由资深学者、设计专业人士和媒体代表组成的国际评审团通过匿名同行评审做出裁定。

该奖项授予于A' Design Award & Competition的2016 - 2017届赛事。在世界设计评级体系中，Goofy拥有预备专业人士头衔。Designers.org将Goofy列为中国的获奖创作者之一。
