About Gradient Ramp Ithephu Enamathiselayo

I-Gradient Ramp iyithephu enamathiselayo eyakhelwe ukwenza ukuthi indawo esinqunyiwe itholakale kalula. Ithephu evamile ebonakalayo incane kakhulu, ngakho-ke umphetho uvame ukuba nzima ukutholakala ngemva kokusetshenziswa. I-Gradient Ramp ithwala umbala oguqukayo (gradient) obude bayo bonke. Uma ithephu inqunywa, izingqimba zidala umehluko wombala obonakalayo emgqeni onqunyiwe. Umsebenzisi ubheka indawo enomehluko omkhulu kakhulu wombala bese ephakamisa ithephu kusuka kuleyo ndawo. Ithephu yenziwe ngefilimu ye-PVC engenayo i-plasticizer, enikeza ukumelana okuhle namazinga aphansi okushisa, ukunamathela okuqinile kokuqala kanye nokunquma okulula.

About the Umklomelo Wensimbi we-A' Design Award

Gradient Ramp Ithephu Enamathiselayo iwinile uMklomelo Wensimbi we-A' Design Award, ukwaziswa okuhloniphekile okunikezwa imiklamo emihle ehlangabezana nezidingo zobungcweti nezemboni ezilindelekile ezimpahleni ezihlelwe kahle. Abawinile beNsimbi babonisa ikhono elikhulu, ubungcweti obuphezulu, ukuqonda kochwepheshe namandla okudala abadali babo. Gradient Ramp Ithephu Enamathiselayo ilindeleke ukuba ibe yinto exatshwa kakhulu, edunyiswayo nethandwayo esebenzayo nenezinto ezintsha. Lo mklamo owinile uMklomelo Wensimbi we-A' Design Award uhlanganisa izindlela ezinhle kakhulu zemboni futhi unezimfanelo zobuchwepheshe ezifanelekile ezihlanganiswe nolwazi nethalente. Gradient Ramp Ithephu Enamathiselayo iyahlonishwa ngenxa yokucophelela kwayo futhi ihlelelwe ukulethela izinguquko zomgangatho wempilo ezisiza ukwenza umhlaba ube yindawo engcono.

Unique Properties: This is a sellotape with a unique color. What is unique about it is what it does. It is a tape made of gradient. After using the tape, due to the gradient characteristics of the cut after use will form a color difference. So that users find the transparent tape incision, easy to use.
Dimensions & Packaging: length 10cm x Width 10cm x Height 1.5cm
Tags: Tape, Tape cut, Gradient ramp, Convenience, Stationery
Production Technology: No plasticizer PVC film based material, with good low temperature resistance, good initial viscosity, easy punching and cutting molding.
Design Challenge: This is an innovative design with a complex internal structure, and the machining qualification rate is the biggest challenge encountered by this project.
Research: In the past decade, the production of rubber belt has maintained an upward trend, with the output rising from 10.03 billion square meters in 2007 to 21.86 billion square meters in 2016. The industry scale is expanding continuously, and the market prospect is broad. Despite the forward-looking estimates, in 2017, the production of tape reached 23.80 billion square meters, a year-on-year growth of 8.88%. In such a large market, a tape that solves pain points is very promising.
Inspiration: I get my inspiration from gradient.Tape is a stationery that many people often use.Because the tape is too thin.Everyone who uses tape has a problem with not finding the cut.We combine the principle of gradient with tape. You can easily find the tape cut through the color difference. Our motivation was to design a tape that was easier to use.
Project Duration: The project started in September 2020 in Milan and finished in February 2021 in that place, and was exhibited in China in February 2021.
Operation Flow: First pick up the tape. Second, look for areas where the color difference is very pronounced. Third, use tape. Finally, after using the tape, the tape incision and tape will directly produce obvious color difference, convenient for people to find, so that the next use is more simple.
