Da Vinci umqamelo wentamo owakhelwe ukusekela ikhanda nentamo ngesikhathi solala. Lo mqamelo usebenzisa uhlelo lwezingxenye ezimbili olwakhiwa ngenqubo yokuthungwa. Ingxenye engamathathu kwesibili iyindawo yokubeka ikhanda, igcwaliswe ngezimvunulo eziyi-down ezinofofoza, futhi ingxenye eyodwa kwesithathu iyindawo yokusekela intamo, igcwaliswe ngamashubhu ombhobho waseJapan. When the user is asleep, his head and his body weight can form reverse traction to relieve cervical pressure, relax the neck muscles and correct the cervical curve.
