Kuyihhovisi elikhuthaza izindlela ezintsha zesitayela somsebenzi esikhathini sangemuva kwe-corona. Umbono uvela ekutheni hlobo luni lwehhovisi abantu abathanda ukusebenza kulo. Ukwakha ihhovisi lapho amaqembu angasebenza ngobuhlakani. Ukucabangela indawo yokusebenza eqenjini nokudala izindawo ezinemisebenzi ehlukahlukene. Umqondo wokuklama usekelwe kumbala we-Abeam brand Image, idizayini eyenza abasebenzisi bazizwe bewuhlobo lwe-Abeam olunamaphikseli egolide. Ukuklama indawo yehhovisi elinganisa ukuhlanzeka nokunethezeka, kwandisa incazelo yokuza ehhovisi, ukusebenzelana kwabasebenzi, kanye nokuphila kahle.

By designing an office space that balances cleanliness and luxury,

Ubuchwepheshe Bokukhiqiza: The selection of interior materials is important to realizing the design. Considering the environment, recycled products were used in the office construction. This kind of thinking is also connected to corporate social responsibility and sustainability in office construction. It also leads to environmental enlightenment for the employees.
Inselele Yokudweba: After the Covid-19 is gone， people are so used to work anywhere with a PC/Internet. Then what attracts people to come and work in the office.
Ucwaningo: There were two points that were most important in this project. 1, new work style.
How employees have worked, how employees want to work in the future, and how to fill the gap. User’s idea and thoughts are taking into considering in every step of the way. 2, dissemination of a new brand image.The design was done considering the effect that the space and design would have on customers and employees.
Ugqozi: It is an office that stimulate new ways of workstyle in the post-corona era.
Idea comes from what kind of office people like to work in.
In the office, teamwork is important, and creative work is important.
To form an office where teams can work creatively.
Considering the scene of working in a team and created areas with various functions.
As the office is located on the 71st floor, the space is designed to maximize the scenery.
