Uhlelo luguqula indawo eyayake yaba yisizinda sezimboni ezingasasetshenziswa yaba yisifunda esixubile esinemisebenzi yamahhovisi, ezindlu zokuhlala kanye nokusungulwa kobuchwepheshe bedijithali. Amanzi kanye nezindawo eziluhlaza zisebenza njengengqalasizinda eluhlaza esiza ekuphatheni izikhukhula zezulu futhi kuthuthukise impilo yansuku zonke edolobheni. Izakhiwo eziluhlaza zihlelwe ngendlela exhaphozelekile ukwakha izitho ezifana namaziko. Design Challenge: Water and green are key to urban islands. They serve as green infrastructure to help manage storm floods and improve citizen experience, and are the brand-new epitome of urban brownfield transition.

Inspiration: Ecology as a catalyst
Water and green are key to urban islands. They serve as green infrastructure to help manage storm floods and improve citizen experience, and are the brand-new epitome of urban brownfield transition. Ecospace in concentrated urban areas holds lasting appeal for locals and entrepreneurs and breathes new life into the region.
Project Duration: The project is located in Zhenru Subcenter, Putuo District, Shanghai. The design started in March 2021 and completed in August 2021. The construction is in full swing.
Operation Flow: Blend and economy
A blend of office, residential and digital innovation functions maintain the streets' vigor. Transit-oriented development in the east is economically balanced with large open space in the west, thus enabling the project to progress.
