Lesi yisakhiwo esihlanganisiwe esinezitezi ezinhlanu esibeke ngaphambi kwesiteshi somgwaqo kaSitimela i-Hankyu railway Kobe line eNishinomiya, eJapan. Indawo ivulekele cishe kuwo wonke amacala okwenza ukuthi isakhiwo sibonakale kunoma yiliphi icala. Uhlaka lwakhiwo lokhonkrithi lukhethwe ukuze lunikeze isithombe esiqinile sesakhiwo kanye nokuvunyelana nokubonakala kunoma yiliphi i-engeli. Futhi sisebenza njengesakhiwo sokukhangisa. Emini, isakhiwo siyagqama futhi ebusuku, isakhiwo sixubana nesibhakabhaka bese izikhangiso zivela.

Grid Isakhiwo Esihlanganisiwe iwinile uMklomelo Wensimbi we-A' Design Award, ukwaziswa okuhloniphekile okunikezwa imiklamo emihle ehlangabezana nezidingo zobungcweti nezemboni ezilindelekile ezimpahleni ezihlelwe kahle. Abawinile beNsimbi babonisa ikhono elikhulu, ubungcweti obuphezulu, ukuqonda kochwepheshe namandla okudala abadali babo. Grid Isakhiwo Esihlanganisiwe ilindeleke ukuba ibe yinto exatshwa kakhulu, edunyiswayo nethandwayo esebenzayo nenezinto ezintsha. Lo mklamo owinile uMklomelo Wensimbi we-A' Design Award uhlanganisa izindlela ezinhle kakhulu zemboni futhi unezimfanelo zobuchwepheshe ezifanelekile ezihlanganiswe nolwazi nethalente. Grid Isakhiwo Esihlanganisiwe iyahlonishwa ngenxa yokucophelela kwayo futhi ihlelelwe ukulethela izinguquko zomgangatho wempilo ezisiza ukwenza umhlaba ube yindawo engcono.

Izici Ezihlukile: It's a five story compound building located in front of a station of Hankyu railway Kobe line in Nishinomiya, Japan. The site is open to almost all directions which enables the building to be seen from any angles. A concrete frame structure was chosen to give a strong structural image along with the toleration to be seen from any angle. It also serves as an advertisement building. In day time, structure stands out and at night, structure blends into the sky and advertisement appears.
Izilinganiso Nokupakisha: It's a small building with each floor area of 77.81㎡.
Ubuchwepheshe Bokukhiqiza: In order to conceal ads with grid frame, concrete rigid frame structure was chosen and this was an important factor for the design of this building. Certain depth in the structure was needed in order to picturerise ads. Presence was also important for the building since it stands in front of station square. Although it is a 5 story building, the architect wanted to camouflage the story to make the building look taller than it's actual hight. All of these factors led to the design.
Ugqozi: Japan is filled with ads in the city and as an architect, it is hard to deny these ads for economical reasons. Therefore, instead of denying this situation, the ads were incorporated into the design of the building under certain rule. The rules were simple. Sandwich the ads with structure and no ads on the outside of the building. The inspiration of this advertisement building came from Ridley Scott's old movie, Blade Runner in 1982 where digital ads flow in the futuristic city of Japan.
Ukuhamba Kokusebenza: This building is for lease. Different tenant occupy each floor from 1st to 5th.
