I-4.56 JVPD iyisakhiwo sokuhlala esitholakala eJuhu, eMumbai. Isakhiwo sinamafulethi anesitayela esiphakeme, ngefulethi elilodwa esitezi ngasinye kanye namafulethi amabili e-duplex. Amaslebhu ka-post tensioned asusa isidingo sezinsika, ngakho-ke iphuleti ngalinye langaphakathi lisitezi alinazo izinsika futhi izindawo zangaphakathi zingahlelwa ngezindlela eziningi. Amafasitela amakhulu avulekile aletha ukukhanya kwemini kanye nomoya ohambayo kuwo wonke amafulethi. Ilifti ezimele ivula ngqo kuya ekhaya ngalinye. Isakhiwo sifinyelela ubude obungu-52.9 amamitha, okuhambisana nomkhawulo obekwe indawo yendiza eseduze.

Abawinile beNsimbi babonisa ikhono elikhulu, ubungcweti obuphezulu, ukuqonda kochwepheshe namandla okudala abadali babo. 4.56 Jvpd Isakhiwo Sokuhlala ilindeleke ukuba ibe yinto exatshwa kakhulu, edunyiswayo nethandwayo esebenzayo nenezinto ezintsha. Lo mklamo owinile uMklomelo Wensimbi we-A' Design Award uhlanganisa izindlela ezinhle kakhulu zemboni futhi unezimfanelo zobuchwepheshe ezifanelekile ezihlanganiswe nolwazi nethalente. 4.56 Jvpd Isakhiwo Sokuhlala iyahlonishwa ngenxa yokucophelela kwayo futhi ihlelelwe ukulethela izinguquko zomgangatho wempilo ezisiza ukwenza umhlaba ube yindawo engcono.

Izici Ezihlukile: The Building consists of Luxury Apartments, one apartment on each floor and two duplex apartments. The internal floor plate is column free and allows complete flexibility to design the interiors.

Ubuchwepheshe Bokukhiqiza: The apartments are made with Post tensioned slabs
Inselele Yokudweba: The Restriction of height was major challenge in this project as the plot location was under airport funnel zone. we managed to get 5 podiums and 10 floors with the help of Post Tension Slabs.
Ucwaningo: The beam depths in each apartment reduced the usable space for interiors and hence we used Post Tensioned Slabs to avoid beams and provide maximum space to the end user. The spaces were also designed coloumn free to ensure maximum flexibility for the end user to plan the home as per their desire.
Ugqozi: Mumbai Apartments are usually small and tiny, Hence we wanted to give the luxury vibe to this project with large columnfree spaces and a private lift coming into your home. The large open windows bring lot of day light.
Ubude Bephrojekthi: the project is located in Juhu, Mumbai. The project started in 2020 and finished in December 2024.
Ukuhamba Kokusebenza: The project was carried out in a span of 4 year by excaving the basement floors and then further building the main structure.
