Unique Properties: Chinese Circle Chamber is an exclusive high-end social destination operated by Modern Land Group. It is the place for the today is wealthy and intelligent people to indulge themselves into complete relaxation. Technology building, green home and beautiful city is the enterprise mission of Modern Land real estate. The constant temperature and humidity, security and convenience inside makes it a comfortable destination equipped with cutting-edge technology.

Design Challenge: How to make the existing collections and modern new decoration harmonious and harmonious is the difficulty of this project. It is necessary to seek for the internal cultural connection, and deeply understand the corporate culture and personal characteristics of the client, and constantly try to make in-depth communication and understanding.
Research: Inherit the Oriental artistic conception and show the characteristics of The Times. There are great scholars talking and laughing, and nothing in common. Gather the neighborhood spire crowd, respect and elegance of the circle, gather a group of urban elites, similar vision, connected world views, similar taste, to create value together here. The Chinese Circle Chamber starts from the social circle and goes beyond the circle.
Inspiration: Themed modern art and oriental aesthetics, the chamber was designed in the context of Technological Construction & Green Community, aiming to create a brand new classic combination of traditional Chinese cultural value and modern technology. Decorous traditional Chinese aesthetics is everywhere inside the design-by bringing the scenery of the Song Dynasty and the charm of the Tang Dynasty, classic tastes has been reinterpreted through modern aesthetic perspectives.
