綠遊路金茂係一個位於中國山東、佔地1200平方米嘅銷售中心室內設計。佈局遵循東方對稱同中軸清晰嘅原則，景觀結構亦按整體構圖去安排。平面規劃組織咗空間嘅節奏同秩序，以及訪客嘅流線。沿路線設定咗觀賞點，並預留區域展示藝術品。當中運用咗大理石、金屬、木飾面、皮革同絲綢。最終喺現代都市之中營造出一個平靜安寧嘅環境。

Unique Properties: Today's sales center has long been more than just a sales nature, Designer borrow the power of design, through multiple design, explore more possibilities of future sales mode, with art, with design to make architecture a new symbol of the city.

Design Challenge: Layout: reasonable deployment of the sales office of the functional division, the deployment of humanized functional division is very important, only in this way can the primary and secondary smooth sales, the implementation of effective packaging, in order to make the real estate sales. Sales office design functional area generally includes reception area, negotiation, model exhibition area, signing, audio-visual area, rest area, etc.
Research: Sales office, as the first gateway between customers and real estate, its image design, the first impression to customers, environmental layout will directly affect customers' thinking and choice. Good real estate will talk, good sales office design also plays a great role in promoting customers, sales office as the most easy to stimulate the desire to buy the place, as the main site of the real estate image display, he will affect the sales of the entire real estate.
Inspiration: The Sales Office of JIN MAO Fu located on Lvyou Road bears the pure and spiritual Oriental Aesthetics, high and elegant Literati Spirit, it is one of the sustenance ways for modern people to return to elegant life. Under Serendipper design, with the brightness of moonlight and the natural beauty of lake, with the literary pursuits and remoteness of oriental poetry demeanour, it has created a pure and quiet poetic life of returning to poetry in the depth of modern city.
Project Duration: The project started in May 2009 in Shandong, China and finished in October 2019 in Shandong, China.
