瀋陽中糧係位於中國瀋陽嘅一個售樓處，佔地1400平方米。室內設計避開咗傳統售樓處嘅商業化外觀，以森林為靈感，營造出一個寧靜、自然嘅環境。天窗同落地玻璃將自然光引入室內，連繫起天空、庭院同建築。藝術同文化展示結合咗行銷功能，令觀賞、體驗同使用融為一體。呢個設計反映咗本地文化，喺繁囂都市之中提供咗一個靜謐嘅空間。

Unique Properties: Cofco ShenYang sales office refining the local culture and spirit of Shenyang. In the design of the integration of art, let appreciation, experience, function of each other blend, in the form of cultural display, in addition to the marketing theme to add interesting elements, Shenyang Longyue Xiangyun sales office not only to meet the current aesthetic needs, but also to convey the texture of production and diversified values.

Production Technology: If the space can speak, then Cofco ShenYang sales office and Life Hall must be a forest fairy tale. Not only the taste is elegant, but also can savor the millennium. It is the search of life, the homing of mankind. Is the most primitive expectation of home.
Design Challenge: Here we break away from the design of the conventional sales office and remove the commercialization of the sales office. Want to create a unique sales space, to build a natural, relaxed, humanistic feelings of the space.
At the beginning of the project, just novel Coronavirus serious period. Our designers, the sales office furniture, lamps, carpets, paintings and so on could not reach the scene. The impact of the new crown needs to be overcome.
Research: The pressure, anxiety and fickleness brought by the city are far from the hustle and bustle. Avoiding the crowd, breathing natural air and listening to our inner voice are the living conditions we yearn for.
