About Lexington Hill Sai Ying Pun 住宅室內設計

Lexington Hill西營盤係一個位於香港嘅住宅單位室內設計項目。單位面積僅接近800平方呎,因此整體設計佈局經過精心安排,務求提升空間感。業主要求採用較深色嘅色調,設計團隊亦因應需要作出調整,以免房間顯得過於侷促。長方形嘅客飯廳主要以灰色調同深色木材為主要用色。傢俬嘅擺放將空間清晰劃分為兩個區域:一張大型灰色梳化同木製電視櫃界定咗客廳嘅範圍,而白色嘅通頂儲物櫃則標示出飯廳嘅位置。

Unique Properties: The owners also had a specific idea in mind when it came to the interior design scheme, opting for a darker colour palette that Yuen adapted to prevent the property from feeling dowdy and crowded, making it perfect for modern day life.
Inspiration: Owned by a young couple, the interior design scheme adopted in this sophisticated apartment has cleverly enhanced the sense of spaciousness within, far belying a diminutive floor plan that comes in at just under than 800 square feet. Having approached designer Stephen Yuen and the team from Olezo Design Limited, they expressed an interest in transforming the property to create more room, introducing a cool and contemporary style that suits their busy city life.
