About The Hub 综合旅游发展项目

Book Text: The Hub係一個位於澳洲維多利亞州希爾斯維爾（Healesville）、專為旅遊業而設計嘅綜合發展項目。呢個項目結合咗傳統市集、美食中心、酿酒廠、酒店、餐廳同宴會中心等多種功能。一條行人通道貫穿成個佔地六英畝嘅場地，將所有設施連接埋一齊。建築物依照地形逐級而建，運用天然物料令發展項目同周邊景觀融為一體。設計理念強調將戶外元素引入室內，令整個場地對步行遊客開放。項目宗旨係支持當地旅遊業發展，同時保留社區原有嘅特色風貌。

Production Technology: using the nature of the site and location inspired us to open up the design and engage pedestrian. however, materials used will reflect the connection of the project with the surrounding and add more value with using earth materials
Design Challenge: the hardest part is to satisfy neighborhood character and people lives within, it was about 3000 objection of which withdrawn after understanding the benefits and quality contribution of the project. this considered to be huge value
Research: marketing research regarding tourism has been undertaking together with business plan, the research indicated that Healesville one of the best areas attract people with high taste on food and wine
Inspiration: the motivation of my design is the happiness of human been, with all the pressure of our life, its nice to provide people hub that will take people away from the routine and enjoy the country life style with the best food and wine and shopping
healthy life is the key of our happiness, mixed with comfortable building that accommodate sustainability and enjoy normal life with healthy environment- main philosophy is to bring outside in

Operation Flow: the Hub is a tourism project will function as a whole or individually, the Epicurean, Brewery center for relaxation and tasting best wine and food so you can relax in the hotel overnight with huge energy for the next day to visit the Antic market
