關於 The Z Shaped Creation 住宅樓宇

Z形建築係塞浦路斯Fasoula一棟具生物氣候特性嘅住宅樓宇。白色Z形結構定義咗建築物嘅形態,室內空間以體塊形式安放喺白色形體嘅凹陷位置之中。設計採用簡約手法,遵循簡單幾何形態,配以外露混凝土、大面積木質表面同中性白色調。房屋總面積230平方米,分為三層,包括一層地庫同兩層地上樓層。地庫依山坡而建,設有停車位,並以石砌工藝建造。

獨特屬性: A bioclimatic house in Fasoula, where the creation of a white Z shaped form, characterizes the morphology of the building. The spaces were translated in volumes which created a composition that was placed into the cavities of this white form. The design is moved by simple geometries touching the modern minimalistic trends, which led to the use of exposed concrete, large wooden surfaces and the use of the neutral white color.

設計挑戰: The integration of bioclimatic methods into the development of the design, combined with the need of an operational building, was the main creative challenge of our design.
研究: Through our design, we wanted to investigate whether the integration of bioclimatic methods into the development of the design, could result a harmonious, functional composition.
靈感: The inspiration that triggered the design of this bioclimatic solar house in Fasoula, Cyprus, was the will to create a white Z shaped form, that was going to characterize the morphology of the building.
項目時長: The design started in 2017, and the construction in 2019. The project was completed in 2020.
操作流程: A minimalistic three-level house, placed in a slope, with the parking spaces made in the earth, as a basement. This was built with stone masonry, willing to highlight the relationship between the building and the environment and to create a solid morphological base for the development of the design, which is moved by simple geometries touching the modern minimalist trends.
