About Yango Starry Bay 銷售中心
陽光星海灣係一個位於中國福建省德化嘅銷售中心，室內面積佔540平方米。設計參照咗當地嘅陶瓷窯傳統，用現代手法將窯爐形態解構同重組。磚塊單元透過重複排列營造節奏感，而拱形結構則賦予空間鮮明嘅個性，將室內同當地歷史文化連結起嚟。用料包括磚塊、水磨石、青銅拉絲不鏽鋼同乳膠漆。訪客可以喺呢度研究建築規劃、會見銷售經理同埋購買房屋。

- Unique Properties
- Designers use the “brick” element to give the space a sense of rhythm and use the “arch” element to shape the specific temperament, and therefore forming the connection with local history and culture.

- It is important for designers to have an overall understanding of the local culture before initiating the design. Designers spent a large amount of time to study the culture and characteristics in Dehua City.
- Research
- The project makes research of the traditional porcelain kiln culture in Dehua city, the design trend of the oriental culture as well as business development after culture involved in the consumption economy nowadays.
- Inspiration
- The project is located in Quanzhou City, which is known as the producing area of porcelain in China. Taking the location into consideration, designers take the porcelain kiln as the inspiration to build the space while deconstruct and reassemble the kilns which are with historical and cultural significance, integrating it into the interior area with modern design skills.
- Project Duration
- The project is located in Dehua City, Fujian Province, China. It takes about two months to finish the construction.
- Operation Flow
- The sales office is designed for helping customers to know better and deeper about the newly constructed buildings and houses. They will see the overall construction plan of the buildings here and can get in touch with sales managers if they have any questions and can make the purchase of houses here.
