About Wings 休閒椅

Wings係一張以蝴蝶動態為靈感嘅休閒椅。其造型參照蝴蝶翅膀喺唔同狀態下嘅形態，為一件實體物件注入生命感。椅背連接住座位中間，座面向兩側展開以包裹臀部，帶嚟更佳嘅舒適感。椅腳採用雙層支撐設計，增強穩定性。呢張椅以藍色半透明塑膠透過3D打印一體成型製作。外表面帶有條紋質感，令人聯想起翅膀嘅紋理，同時增加摩擦力。

Unique Properties: The "Wings" chair is a leisure chair design, made of plastic and integrated technology. The appearance of the product is inspired by the movement of butterflies, aiming to show signs of life from solid objects; The back of the chair is connected with the middle part of the seat surface. The seat surface on both sides is open to surround people's entire hips, making people sit up more comfortable. The design of the legs is double-decker support to increase the support and expressive force of the chair.
Dimensions & Packaging: 655mm x 710mm x 785mm, The seat is 3D printed in one piece, and each structure is tightly connected, which made of blue translucent plastic material. The outer part of the chair has striated concave-convex texture to match the wing pattern of a butterfly, at the same time increase the friction force and quality performance of the seat, integrated design convenient transportation, at the same time modeling freedom is also higher.

Inspiration: As a creature as a prototype for the design of the "Wings" chair, has a unique bionic modelling, mainly in butterfly Wings as the prototype, the butterfly resting, long Wings, has formed the design of the chair, when butterflies to fly, Wings flap, open on both sides of the seat surface structure is created, design through the Wings under different status of different forms, Let people feel and experience the existence of life in objects.
Project Duration: The design had started in Shenyang in March 2021, completed in Shenyang in June 2021, and displayed in the museum of Lu Xun Academy of Fine Arts in Shenyang in June in 2021.
