About Yoga House 可持續住宅
瑜伽屋是一座被動式太陽能地下掩土建築,屬可持續住宅設計。呢座建築物佔地224平方米,以天然材料及升級再造材料建造而成。蓄熱體結構同天然通風系統共同調節室內溫度。太陽能板同風力發電機提供電力,雨水則被收集儲存以供長期使用。屋內設有有機花園,可就地種植食物。呢座主要為單層佈局嘅建築,因應地形自由定向而建,以保留現場所有原生樹木,並開拓理想景觀視野。

- Unique Properties
- Earthship structures are intended to be off-the-grid ready homes, with minimal reliance on public utilities and fossil fuels. The building is constructed to use available natural resources, especially energy from the sun and rainwater. They are designed with thermal mass construction and natural gross ventilation to regulate indoor temperature, and the designs are intentionally uncomplicated and mainly single story. Special attention is paid to landscape and visual analysis and the ability to adjust the angle of placement of the building to open the most favorable view prospects.
