Design Challenge: The challenge was to develop a scientifically advanced prune drink that supports gut health while being palatable and convenient. Using a three-stage fermentation process with yeast, lactic acid, and acetic acid bacteria, we enhanced gut-beneficial compounds. Patented dual-nutrient technology reduces molecule size to 1/9 of red blood cells, boosting absorption by 233%. Added black fungus, β-carotene, kale, and lactitol further enhance detoxification, immunity, and metabolism.
Research: Our three-stage fermentation technology optimizes gut-friendly compounds, improving digestive health benefits. Through digestive response analysis, we developed dual-nutrient technology, increasing bioavailability by 233%. Clinical studies show a 54.6% increase in Bifidobacterium, a 36.2% reduction in Bilophila (pathogenic bacteria), and a 68.1% decrease in Veillonella (linked to IBS), proving its effectiveness in reducing gut disease risks.
