Htvront Weprint係一款可打印嘅热转印膜，用嚟装饰衣物同其他布料。Weprint结合咗热转印同热升华两种技术，令细致图案、渐变色同多色设计都可以喺单一层上打印出嚟，唔使经过裁剪或者叠层处理。呢种物料兼容大部分喷墨打印机，适用于纯棉、涤纶同混纺布料。Weprint采用水性聚氨酯、TPU同PES制成，唔含额外有机溶剂。打印出嚟嘅颜色耐洗、耐褪色、唔易剥落。

Unique Properties: Htvront Weprint is an innovative printable heat transfer vinyl that combines HTV and sublimation technologies, overcoming their limitations. Unlike traditional HTV, it allows full color, gradient, and detailed designs without layering. Compatible with inkjet printers, it works on cotton, polyester, and blends. The eco friendly, organic solvent free production and single layer design reduce waste and enhance sustainability.

Production Technology: Weprint is made from eco friendly materials like water based polyurethane, TPU, and PES, with no added organic solvents. The innovation effectively addresses washing induced wrinkles, color fading, and sustains long lasting color brilliance.
Research: Htvront Weprint solves common heat transfer issues like fading, wrinkling, and complex layering. It enables intricate patterns, smooth gradients, and vibrant multi color designs, all on a single layer. Its innovative design ensures long lasting colors that won’t peel or fade. Compatible with most inkjet printers, it delivers sharp, accurate prints. By streamlining the transfer process, it makes custom printing effortless for both beginners and professionals.
Inspiration: Traditional htv requires layering, increasing material waste and complexity. Weprint revolutionizes this by enabling vibrant, full color transfers in one step, reducing excess vinyl use and eliminating the need for separate light and dark fabric materials. Project Duration: This project started in July 2024 in Changsha, China, and is expected to launch in the U.S. market in 2025.
