Whirlpool Lapis Grande 係一款專為現代家居設計嘅玻璃門雪櫃。前面板飾以雲石紋配金色點綴,擺脫咗一般雪櫃常見嘅鋼材外觀。圖案直接印喺玻璃上,並經過精準校色測試,以修正玻璃天然嘅綠色色調。玻璃表面易於清潔,外觀渾然一體。呢款雪櫃提供十種可轉換模式,冷凍格可以喺大約十分鐘內轉換成冷藏格。

Production Technology: Leveraging deep material expertise, the In-house Design team collaborated with global suppliers to turn a vision into reality. By printing directly onto glass, they preserved the artwork's richness and depth. To overcome the glass’s natural green tint, the team conducted rigorous calibrated trials, balancing dark marble tones with warm gold accents. This meticulous color correction ensured the final production matched the intended premium visual impact.
Design Challenge: The primary research challenge was navigating India’s immense cultural and regional diversity. Defining a universally accepted "premium" aesthetic is highly complex when regional sensibilities and acceptance of modern finishes vary drastically. These fragmented geographical preferences had to be reconciled while also addressing the stark contrasts in taste between mass and premium buyers. The core hurdle was synthesizing diverse consumer feedback on various marble and stone patterns to find a unifying design language. The intent was to craft a distinctive, modern finish that satisfied the premium segment's desire for differentiation while achieving broad cultural resonance across the diverse Indian market.
Research: A detailed consumer and market research was conducted by the In-house research team across different regions of India to better understand changing lifestyles and design preferences in the refrigerator category. The research showed that many consumers, especially in the premium segment are seeking modern yet differentiated home appliances. It also highlighted clear differences between mass and premium buyers in their expectations and taste. These insights guided the development of the Jade Marble glass door refrigerator, helping the team create a design that feels modern, distinctive, and relevant to its audience.
Inspiration: Modern homes are now personal sanctuaries reflecting individual taste. As luxury shifts toward meaningful storytelling, interiors blend natural materials with modern style. Inspired by Kintsugi, embracing beauty in imperfection, and the prestige of marble, Whirlpool’s glass-finish refrigerator translates stone into contemporary art. More than an appliance, it is a statement of elegance and individuality, crafted by Whirlpool to define the future of elevated living in premium homes.

Operation Flow: This glass door refrigerator challenges the monotony of the steel refrigeration industry. With the application of marble inspired facade,the refrigerator brings a refined material story into the kitchen, one that resonates strongly with the growing use of marble and natural surfaces in modern Indian homes. As kitchens evolve into curated, design-led spaces, the Jade Marble finish integrates effortlessly, complementing contemporary and premium interiors.
