Mr. Gvido Bajars has more than 16 years' legal experience in banking and financial law area, as well as consulting of legal entities and private persons. Mr.Bajars has assisted in acquiring licenses to financial and credit institutions for the performance of financial services, engaged in employment duties in various financial organisations, took part in a range of credit institutions' purchase and sale processes and engaged in liquidation of a life insurance company. Mr.Bajars has experience in e-commerce and technology commercialization, advised new R&D and “Start –up” companies.
