ΜM Group Consulting Engineers Ltd is an architecture and engineering design company based in Chania, Crete, Greece. It was founded in 1996 by the two managing partners of the company, Vassilis Lamprinos, Architect Engineer and Michael Metochianakis, Mechanical Engineer and through the years they have managed to build a very strong team of all engineering disciplines. With great experience in the hotel business, the company has successfully completed the design and implementation studies for some of the largest hotel units in Chania (Euphoria Resort, Minoa Palace Resort & Spa, Avra Imperial Hotel, Cretan Dream Royal etc.), villas (villa Ianira, villa Roza etc), as well as old building renovations (Casa Delfino boutique hotel, Avra Apartments Kolympari, etc.). The architectural team offers a set of services, from the level of conception of the architectural idea and the elaboration of the architectural design to interior and lanscape design, including photorealistic imagery, 3D modeling and project video. The company's multi-disciplined team, has the capacity and professional expertise to see a project through, from beginning to end, from obtaining the required city permits, to implementation studies, construction supervision, the coordination of the various subcontractors, as well as utility connections.
