More than 15+ years of work experiences in IOT, Voice Assistant, Mobile Platform, AR, VR, AI UI/UX design. Worked for the top companies in the world, such as ACCESS, ZTE, China Mobile, Honeywell as design manager or director. Project management , Six Sigma Green Belt certificated. Designed the first Linux Mobile Platform for ACCESS. Products won the Successful Design Award, Outstanding Product Award for Logistics Industry , etc. Currently working on applying AR and AI to Industry Safety products, to make devices and people be connected and safe.

What are your suggestions to companies for working with a designer? How can companies select a good designer?

When I interviewed designers, I feel female designers are too shy to express themselves. People should think they are equal in any ways, both design and in daily work and act equally.
