When do you feel the most creative?
Everywhere I go. whatever I can see, travelling helps broaden my view about what's currently on offer in our markets. Like, how I went for a holiday trip in Tokyo just to see the kind of jewelry that were on offer.
Which aspects of a design do you focus more during designing?
It needs to have a point of difference. and whether the item being developed will have a good market value.
What kind of emotions do you feel when your designs are realized?
Uplifting. a sense of having to bring an idea from concept to reality.
Where does the design inspiration for your works come from? How do you feed your creativity? What are your sources of inspirations?
I get my inspiration from my surroundings, so whatever I observe or experience in my daily life.
How would you describe your design style? What made you explore more this style and what are the main characteristics of your style? What's your approach to design?
very refined, classy and timeless designs are what i always have in mind. A good imagination helps a lot.
Where do you live? Do you feel the cultural heritage of your country affects your designs? What are the pros and cons during designing as a result of living in your country?
I'm currently based in Melbourne. Living in one of the worlds most livable cities, and it being an international fashion capital, helps a lot with opening my eyes to the current trends and the different patterns and color palettes on offer.
From your perspective, what would you say are some positives and negatives of being a designer?
Positives is when I can put everything I like into my design. Negatives, is when there are quality rules to abide.
What was your most important job experience?
My job as a Buyers assistant, which helps me gained a lot of experiences in the retail industry and particularly with product development.
