I believed I was born and made to be a designer. Since childhood I have reflected curiosity and interests in designing. I was clear of my journey path as a successful designer. Deep and strong passion for design has always been with me. In bringing my design work to unlimited creativeness, I decided to start my own company and take on all kinds of creative project works. It is also my intention to part and share my skills to the junior designers.

Could you please tell us more about your art and design background? What made you become an artist/designer? Have you always wanted to be a designer?
Designing has always been my ambition & dream since when i was a little girl. In my academic journey i have always excel in arts lessons. The journey of this dream has always been with me and through persistence and commitment..I am proud to be one of the successful designer in my country. Every project that is under my watch and care i would treat it as my new born baby. From born to a complete beautiful adult. This process brings about unlimited passion and love. design is like my soul my shadow my blood.It is my everything.
Can you tell us more about your company / design studio?
We were endorsed and recognized as a professional designer group. with Client's confidence and supports we successfully set up professional design companies and elite design teams in both mainland and Taiwan. The main structure of our company is divided into interior SI design department, graphic VI design department, quality control department which covers mainland China, Taiwan and overseas market. Customers were impressed and satisfied with our ever always diversified and comprehensive designs works. Our company design philosophy: service, professional, intimate. Design comes from life, creating design from the spirits of our soul.
What is "design" for you?
turning a blank paper into a beautiful priceless art piece. Beautifying from ground zero.
What is your most favorite design, could you please tell more about it?
the current project -MASU bar. A challenging project because this is executed during the pandemic covid period where resources is limited and movement is somehow constrain.
What makes a design successful?
patience / detail / functionality / problem resolve / enhancement in standard of living
From your point of view, what are the responsibilities of a designer for society and environment?
protecting the earth by adopting less wastage and using my recycle products best possible.
How do you think the "design field" is evolving? What is the future of design?
design is like thin air. it revolves around our lives in every detail. future is promising and more people are placing top priorities to this area.
Where does the design inspiration for your works come from? How do you feed your creativity? What are your sources of inspirations?
inspirations comes from every bits and parts of your life. wherever you go whichever you see and whatever you feel..they can be source of inspirations. extend and bring about those visual in mind into the project. depending on the theme which can involves history and cultures
How would you describe your design style? What made you explore more this style and what are the main characteristics of your style? What's your approach to design?
TO begin with my design style and concept were mainly diversified.. hence i have a in-depth understanding of its respective origin local lifestyle and history. By integrating these into the design with a sense of its stories lines.
Where do you live? Do you feel the cultural heritage of your country affects your designs? What are the pros and cons during designing as a result of living in your country?
china. yes it does affect in some way. Pros - Deep long historical heritage knowledge Cons - The wide gap between the rich and poor.
What are your suggestions to companies for working with a designer? How can companies select a good designer?
a designer with deep passions / commitments with actions/ very details / punctual
Can you talk a little about your design process?
survey the site - understand clients needs and requirements - research - inspiration - conceptualize drawing plan - 3D drawings - sourcing of relevant materials - technical construction drawings - site supervision
What are 5 of your favorite design items at home?
cabinets / sanitary wares / lights / kitchen ware / plants and flowers pots
Could you please share some pearls of wisdom for young designers? What are your suggestions to young, up and coming designers?
MUST be committed and never turn back when you decide on this route. believed in yourself. if you should not continue this profession if you do not possess deep passion.
From your perspective, what would you say are some positives and negatives of being a designer?
for me designer is a important profession to improve the quality of my life and it can bring about happiness to people. I consider it as a selfless dedication inspiration. the negative part is that you dont have adequate rest.
What skills are most important for a designer?
colors matching and combination. applying the appropriate Materials.
Which tools do you use during design? What is inside your toolbox? Such as software, application, hardware, books, sources of inspiration etc.?
software includes SU/CAD/3D. APPLE computor. relevant books for research and inspirations. visiting of museum etc
Designing can sometimes be a really time consuming task, how do you manage your time?
designing is already part of my life. hence i always put priorities on design work over myself.
How long does it take to design an object from beginning to end?
range from one month to 6 months depending on the size of the project
What is the most frequently asked question to you, as a designer?
as a designer do we always need to work extra long hours and at times sleepless night?
What are your future plans? What is next for you?
taking on more challenging design projects. strive to achieve more designer awards as part of the personal recognition and endorsement from reputable design institution
Do you have any works-in-progress being designed that you would like to talk about?
high end luxury private club (2500 m2) / high end villas / intelligent ecological farm/ hotspring resort/ show flat showroom etc.

Design is always part of my academy journey since young. I graduated from CHINA Technology of university major in build and design
How did you become a designer?
Designer has always been my dream since when i was a little girl. During my academic journey i have always excel in arts lessons. The journey of this dream has always been with me and with my persistence and commitment..I am proud to be one of the successful designer in my country. Every project that is under my watch and care i treat it as my new born baby...from develop and born to a complete beautiful adult. Which emotions do you feel when designing?
hotels/ residential show flats / commercial / resorts / intelligent ecology farm etc and i would like to do more hotel design
What is your growth path? What are your future plans? What is your dream design project?
great designer share their insights and experience with the younger designer. they will also contribute back to the society.
What are your advices to designers who are at the beginning of their career?
satisfied customer's requirement. transform the problems into its functional advantage.
You are truly successful as a designer, what do you suggest to fellow designers, artists and architects?
design should be seen as priceless hence is valuable. It contributes to the well being and quality of life. a good design provide a serene cal relax and comfortable environment which constitute to a healthy body and mind.
How do you know if a product or project is well designed? How do you define good design?
there is no secret recipe. it still goes back to the basic of discipline / commitment / passion / patience and lots of research
What is your biggest design work?
Singapore changi airport indoor water fall. It is world's largest indoor water fall make within a compact space which is previously a open car park.
Who is your favourite designer?
a Japanese cultural heritage resort which is transform from a rural poor old village. It was great as the whole place is totally from a eye sore village site to a beautiful japan heritage resort. a major transformation
Would you tell us a bit about your lifestyle and culture?
other than discipline / commitment / passion / patience and lots of research. possess a good quality of living...
What are your philanthropic contributions to society as a designer, artist and architect?
design is to bring about enhancing the quality of living and its functionality. is to be able to bring about a healthy mind and soul to mankind. bringing a smile to everyone.
